This is a Silverfit Charity event for the over 45s!

Activity: Fun, Fitness Classes (indoor)

Venue: Draper Hall, 1 Howell Walk, Elephant and Castle, Southwark, SE1 6TL

Day: Thursday

Time: 1-2pm session, please arrive from 12.45pm – refreshments after session until 2.30pm

Instructor: Chloe from Bollywood Magic.

Description of session: Bollywood Fusion is fitness through a blend of Bollywood and other dance styles to suit all levels. Refreshments will be provided after the session.
